My analysis and conclusions of the 3.1 Druid changes are based on my own personal experience / data extrapolation from PTR and that of other druids from competant raiding guilds, US and EU.

Right now as of this post, Blizzard gives no viable tools to guild leaders / raid leaders to deal with anything relating to achievement tracking. The closest thing Blizzard has given us is a small section on the armory, which lets you select and compare up to 4 people.
